
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Develop the overall architecture of Centers of Excellence within the holding’s HR function.
• Lead and align the performance of managers across specialized HR domains.
• Design and approve policies, standards, models, and specialized frameworks at the group level.
• Ensure integration among CoEs and coordination with HRBPs and operational units.
• Prioritize specialized HR projects and allocate resources to higher value-added interventions.
• Oversee the quality of design and implementation of specialized solutions across subsidiaries.
• Lead innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement in HR models.
• Monitor the effectiveness of specialized policies and programs and report to the CHRO.
• Develop specialized governance and ensure the prevention of duplication and role conflicts.
• Act as a senior advisor to the CHRO on major human capital decisions.
• Develop analytical, data-driven, and forward-looking capabilities across the HR ecosystem.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Management, MBA, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
Experience: At least 12 to 15 years of professional HR experience, preferably with at least 6 years in senior specialist roles or multi-functional HR leadership positions.
