Job Description

Mission: ● To collaborate in planning also execute, optimize, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in digital media (including OTT, Social Media, App, Web, etc.). ● To explore new channels and media in digital media and use them based on business targets. ● To take care of digital portal content quality, prepare analytical reports, and perform research to make sure that the users have a good experience. Responsibilities: ● To communicate different reports on the digital marketing budget with the brand budget admin. ● To liaise with the product and promotion development team to define related marketing campaigns for digital and online channels. ● To design and plan digital media campaigns aligned with business goals and get necessary approvals. ● To develop a digital communication plan for products and company messages and get necessary approvals on them. ● To liaise with creative and offline media teams to ensure digital materials are consistent and align with the campaign's overall message. ● To liaise with media agents and creative agencies to execute campaigns and produce materials. ● To liaise with procurement and finance for agency payments and prepare contract requirements. ● To measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess their performance and outcome against goals (ROI and KPIs). ● To track the effectiveness of social and content marketing on the digital and online campaigns to showcase the effectiveness of our digital marketing. ● To execute all web, app, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. ● To execute keyword research and bids, formulating and managing PPC (Pay per Click), PPM (Pay per Impression), and PPA (Pay per Action). ● To check MTNIrancell Corporate Identity is being implemented in all digital add designs. ● To utilize bid management panel and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns. ● To monitor PPC campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates. ● To coordinate optimizing landing pages, indexed pages, website errors, links, etc for search engine quality scores. ● To perform research on communications of digital media to evaluate the effectiveness of the channels. ● To evaluate portal lead generation marketing campaigns by using Google analytics. ● To compile and present SEO performance and prepare analytic reports to share insights on how to optimize the website by leveraging data from Google Analytics and other sources.


Education: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields; a Master's degree or an MBA graduate. Experience: ● At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Experience in digital marketing and social channels is a plus.
