Job Description

Planning and implementing digital marketing activities to attract guests and strengthen the hotel brand
• Monitoring and updating the hotel's website and monitoring changes to increase visits (Traffic Growth)

• Developing and implementing the strategy of increasing followers and engagement in social networks
• Planning and implementing restaurant sales campaigns and increasing Capture Rate (increasing the percentage of guests who use restaurant services)
• Designing and implementing 360-degree marketing and communication campaigns to attract new customers and retain current guests
• Analyzing campaign performance, customer behavior and CRM data and providing periodic reports
• Cooperation and coordination with the sales unit, reservations, reception and digital team for the integrated implementation of programs
• Creating, managing and updating guest profiles and improving customer communication processes
• Providing solutions to improve guest experience based on analysis and feedback

Qualifications and qualifications:
Getting to know the principles of teamwork and the standard of a 5-star hotel

Getting to know the concepts of digital marketing and online advertising

Ability to work with CRM tools and analyze customer data

Getting to know online sales and business (E Commerce)

Familiar with digital space and social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Familiar with analytics and reporting tools

Ability to analyze, plan and provide improvement solutions
