Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage a dynamic team of marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategy, hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and web development, and proven team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Strategy
• Manage a cross-functional marketing team (graphic design, web development, content, SEO, social media, email marketing, data entry, and Google Ads).
• Set clear goals, timelines, and KPIs for team members and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
• Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders across Canada, UAE, and KSA offices to support group-wide marketing initiatives.
Web & SEO Management
• Oversee all aspects of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page).
• Coordinate website development and enhancements (CMS management, UI/UX, content publishing, speed and security optimization).
• Ensure health and performance of all web assets (monitoring via Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
SEM & Campaigns
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping) and optimize performance through data-driven decisions.
• Oversee Google Merchant Center, product feed updates, and prevent account issues or suspensions.
• Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze traffic, conversions, and engagement using Google Analytics 4 and Google Looker Studio.
• Generate regular reports and insights to improve ROI across channels.
Content & Engagement
• Supervise content strategy including product pages, blogs, and technical articles tailored for B2B industrial audience.
• Manage social media content calendar across multiple company pages.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and other platforms.
Platform & Tools Oversight
• Maintain and support integrations across OpenCart, WordPress, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central.
• Ensure uptime, performance, and security of domains and hosting with the support of web developers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a team management role.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and digital tools including:
o Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Merchant Center, Search Console, Looker Studio
o SEO tools such as SEMrush
o CMS platforms: WordPress, OpenCart, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and digital troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, ideally in the industrial or technology sector.
