Job Description

● Manage and review orders based on the website. ● Introduce services and products as well as tips for being membership and order registration of customers. ● Answer phone calls and customers' messages and receive their feedback. ● Respond and follow up the customer complaints. ● Communicate with other employees in different sections of the company. ● Review and record reports, and submit necessary reports.

Requirements

● Familiarity with Excel and Word software. ● Interested in teamwork. ● Having high flexibility. ● A patient, responsible, and disciplined person. ● Ability to solve problems and make decisions. ● Having high communication skills.
