Job Description

We are looking for a CRM expert to develop and oversee marketing strategies that enhance long-term profitable customer relationships. In this role, you will coordinate with our sales managers to strengthen our company's presence in the market and increase customer engagement. To succeed in this position, you must have good experience with customer relationship systems and KPI metrics. Responsibilites: ● Identify new opportunities and actively address customer concerns. ● Develop and implement a customer relationship strategy that identifies what to focus on, what opportunities to pursue, and who to invest in. ● Plan and present CRM strategies throughout the organization with the aim of retaining current customers, maintaining bra,nd loyalty and expanding the company's brand. ● Decide on the final structure and architecture of the CRM, which works seamlessly across the business and obtains important information in the sales funnel. ● Ensure the proper implementation of the customer database for targeted marketing activities. ● Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business. ● Develop testing strategies to ensure the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers. ● Collect, combine and analyze data using our CRM to build dashboards and visualizations that highlight key business insights.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Management. ● At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the retail industry. ● Good PR. ● Ability to communicate with customers (satisfied and unhappy). ● Able to design and implement systems (processes, required forms, etc.). ● Ability to train staff and continuously monitor their performance and help them to improve.
