The CIO stands for Content Insights and Innovation. The CIO’s vision is to lighten up the content creation path and optimize processes using data and evidence. A senior content insight supervisor is passionate and highly sensitive to details and cleans and analyzes data to hunt products that need enrichment and evaluate performance changelogs.
Responsibilities:
- Mining and wrangling data from various sources.
- Performing data analysis and visualization (using most used programming languages like Python or R).
- Creating databases and interactive dashboards (Using Power BI or Tableau).
- Defining and monitoring precise metrics that indicate content performance.
- Trying to stay updated on the most used tools and libraries.
- Clustering products based on their characteristics.
- Precisely target products in need of enrichment and drafting briefs.
- Setting proper KPIs.Collaborating with other CIO teams.
- Targeting and analyzing leaf categories to create a holistic report.
