We are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-oriented senior content specialist who is professionally proficient in managing and growing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn. If you can create high-quality, targeted content aligned with the brand and possess a deep understanding of social platform algorithms and user behavior, your place is vacant in our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a content strategy on social networks with a focus on increasing engagement and growing followers.
- Produce text, image, and video content in line with the brand tone.
- Manage Instagram and LinkedIn pages professionally and daily.
- Monitor current trends and platform algorithms and apply them in content production.
- Plan a content calendar and collaborate with the design, advertising, and SEO teams.
- Analyze content performance and provide analytical reports and improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in content production in the digital space.
- Complete mastery of Instagram and LinkedIn (content strategy, algorithm, advertising, increasing engagement).
- Ability to write professional, attractive, and brand-appropriate content.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop).
- Ability to analyze social media data (Insights and Analytics).
- Creative, organized.
- Familiarity with audience research.
