Job Description

A C&b supervisor is responsible for the skills in the examination of the rights and the management of the benefits. The focus of this role is to review and manage the benefits provided to employees and partners with providers to ensure the best benefits of employees.

Responsibilities
• Review and analyze the current salary structure and benefits packages available to employees.
• Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
• Handle all statutory requirements related to insurance and payroll taxes in accordance with labor and tax laws.
• Oversee attendance tracking, timekeeping, and personnel administration processes.
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Assist in managing annual salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive programs.
• Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, pension, wellness).
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on payroll, benefits costs, and related HR metrics.
• Provide guidance to HR and management on compensation, benefits, and compliance issues.
• Ensure continuous compliance with local labor, tax, and insurance regulations.
• Provide education and training on various types of benefits to managers and other staff members.
• Roll out new benefits initiatives across the company.
