● Responsible for budget planning and budget monitoring of the costs related to personnel.
● Responsible for preparing different HR reports.
● Assessing and developing the organization’s pay structure.
● Assisting in the research and development of the annual compensation programs.
● Monitoring all compensation and benefits-related payments and activities within the company's policy.
● Assisting in preparing files and documents related to long-term incentives.
Requirements
● At least 2 years of related experience.
● Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
● Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
● Great attention to detail, very careful and precise.
