Chief Technology Officer

Job Description

Requirements:
Strong command of data infrastructure concepts and tools (ETL, DWH, data pipelines)
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, model-centric architectures, and modern AI tooling
Working knowledge of big data technologies and large-scale data processing platforms
Solid understanding of data-driven software development, including Microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
Awareness of data governance and compliance practices
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-domain projects
A solid track record in technical leadership and engineering management
Strong communication and collaboration skills across different levels of the organization (management, product, technical, stakeholders)

Responsibilities:
Design and lead an integrated technical strategy across all engineering and data departments
Align technologies, development standards, and processes across cross-functional teams
Manage and optimize data infrastructure, processing platforms, and AI tools
Facilitate the development of scalable, data-driven systems and platforms
Establish and implement data governance mechanisms, including quality, security, and compliance policies
Empower technical teams through mentoring, coaching, and continuous knowledge sharing
Monitor and guide the technical performance of products and projects; resolve cross-domain challenges
Track and evaluate emerging technologies to assess their applicability within the organization
