Position:
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO);

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development of mobile applications, websites, and admin panels.
- Supervise internal and outsourced development teams.
- Design a scalable, secure, and stable technical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams for integrated development.
- Provide a technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical leader or CTO in scalable startups or tech projects.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, DevOps, API integration, and information security.
- Proficiency in frameworks like Node.js, Flutter, or React.
- Proficient in English for reading technical documentation and communication.
- Strategic thinking, team leadership, and decision-making under pressure.
