Job Description


● Supervise the areas of commerce, purchase, transportation, and clearance of goods.
● Develop financial management mechanisms to maximize profit and minimize risk.
● Monitor domestic and international operations and procedures and improve them.
● Prepare and present analytical, commercial, and financial reports.
● Monitor the performance of senior managers.
● Develop current markets and identification of new markets.
● Evaluate the performance of employees and examining their improvement opportunities.
● Attend domestic and foreign exhibitions.

Requirements


● Master's degree in Business Management or other related fields.
● Sufficient work experience in the mobile phone and accessories market.
● Work experience as a manager in one of the sales units, market development, branding, or similar titles in companies active in the field of importing and selling mobile phones.
● At least three years of work experience as a CEO in companies active in the import field.
● Desirable skill in planning, organizing, and monitoring the performance of various operational and support units of the organization, including foreign trade, marketing, advertising, digital marketing, finance, human resources, etc.
● Ability to communicate with major suppliers and customers.
● Proficient in the principles of strategic management.
● Leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and developing staff.
● Getting to know the principles and concepts of B2B and marketplace businesses.
● Preferably fluent in English.
● Age range: 35 to 50 years old.
