● Organize administrative and office affairs.
● Receive, register and deliver all internal and external letters, documents, and correspondence.
● Set daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
● Prepare drafts and follow up on required letters and documents.
● Answer related telephone calls and clients.
● Follow up on the sent and received correspondence until the result is obtained.
● Maintain and preserve all documents in accordance with the relevant rules and instructions.
● Gather information and results of actions taken.
● Create a database of records and correspondence.
Requirements
● Mastery of MS Office.
● Familiarity with English.
● Ability to do administrative correspondence.
● Familiarity with Persian and English typing.
● Ability to report.
