Job Description
Exon Group, a leading company in the Consumer Goods - FMCG industry since 2007, is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a CEO Assistant in Tehran. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, capable of providing high-level administrative support to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for the CEO.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal or external parties, maintaining professional communication.
- Coordinate and prepare for executive meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are handled effectively.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring information security and privacy.
- Assist in the preparation of executive correspondence and documentation.
- Support the CEO in developing and implementing organizational strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficient in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
