We are looking for a CEO assistant for a wire and cable company to support and coordinate the daily operations of the managing director. This role requires excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.
Duties:
Manage the managing director’s calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
Coordinate and arrange the managing director’s travel.
Prepare reports and documentation related to meetings.
Respond to emails and communicate with other team members and companies.
Support the managing director in management and operational tasks.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Strong public relations skills.
Relevant experience in management and administrative affairs.
