Job Description

We are looking for a CEO assistant for a wire and cable company to support and coordinate the daily operations of the managing director. This role requires excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.

Duties:

  • Manage the managing director’s calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate and arrange the managing director’s travel.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to meetings.
  • Respond to emails and communicate with other team members and companies.
  • Support the managing director in management and operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong public relations skills.
  • Relevant experience in management and administrative affairs.
  • Agile and able to adapt to different situations.
