Job Description

We are looking for a hard-working, organized, and motivated CEO Assistant who can carefully follow up on the tasks assigned by the CEO and bring them to fruition. This person must have the ability to conduct market research, prepare management reports, and have a relative command of digital tools and project management. This position also provides the opportunity to develop skills in business analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up, coordinate, and complete all tasks assigned by the CEO.
  • Conduct market research to provide practical analyses to improve management decisions.
  • Prepare and present accurate and regular management reports.
  • Cooperate with other departments of the company to advance projects and assigned tasks.
  • Prepare for domestic and international missions.
  • Use task management tools to follow up on projects.
  • Support in the growth path towards the role of business analyst.
  • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, events, and opportunities to introduce the company's brand.
  • Support in implementing marketing campaigns in coordination with the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and Excel software for data management and basic analysis.
  • Basic familiarity with digital marketing principles and activity on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social networks.
  • Ability to follow up and complete tasks assigned by the CEO.
  • High skills in personal discipline and time management.
  • Ability to conduct market research and provide applied analyses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with task management software.
  • Ability to prepare accurate and practical management reports.
  • Fluent in English (conversation, writing, and understanding specialized texts).
  • Basic familiarity with digital marketing and social media tools and concepts.
