The objective of the role:
● Coordinate commercial team to enhance teamwork and synergy on outputs.
List of responsibilities:
● Commercial team leadership.
● Negotiate with a good supplier to be their agent in Iran.
● Send inquires, and technical and commercial clarification.
● Commercial negotiation and issuing PO.
● Expedite purchasing process.
● Handle NTSW, 3rd party inspection, shipping, money transfer based on NIMA platform, costumes clearance and etc.
● Weekly and monthly report to the manager.
● Reporting to: Commercial Manager.
● Subordinates: Commercial experts.
● Probation period: 3 Months.
● Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
● Travel requirements: In case needed, inside and outside of Iran.
● Gross monthly base salary: Minimum 14 million Toman.
● Commission, bonus, and benefits: 15% of the yearly salary will be paid based on the KPI.
Requirements
● Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Chemical Engineering, or Oil Engineering.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry purchasing.
● Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
