Final negotiations with strategic stakeholders and maintaining effective communication with them.
Creating a plan to predict, expand, target, and achieve sales.
Perform competitors 'activities and calculate competitors' market share to determine. possible future routes and identify and implement opportunities for new products and services.
Implementing product strategies and directing product development from concept to launch.
