We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Business Line Owner. We are changing the game in the Home Service sector as online service center for Iranians. This concludes Online Home Appliance Services, Mechanical Facilities, Cleaning, Home Decoration, Logistics, Health and Recycling Goods.
Business Line Owner Requirements:
•Proven ability to lead, mentor, and monitor an operational team effectively.
•Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
•Insightful data analysis capabilities with a focus on identifying actionable business opportunities.
•Demonstrated problem-solving skills with experience in deriving practical business insights from data sets.
•Ability to define, optimize, and implement operational processes.
•Creativity in providing solutions and initiatives to maximize vendor potential on the platform.
•Proficient project management skills to execute initiatives successfully.
Responsibilities:
•Draft commercial contracts, revenue models, and partnership terms.
•Develop strategies and targets for order growth, coverage expansion, and revenue enhancement.
•Take full accountability for the overall profitability and loss (P&L) of the assigned business line.
•Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal service providers.
•Align internal and external stakeholders to increase order volume for each partner.
•Design and implement processes to improve service levels and profitability.
