Category A)
● Identify the current and potential markets.
● Visit new clients, make loyal clients, and keep existing clients.
● Make relationships with governmental private organizations/institutions.
● Identify and analysis about competitors’ status and update relevant business dept.
● Prepare marketing plans and create marketing/statistical reports.
● Identify new opportunities to increase the market share.
● Conduct extensive market research, follow global and industry-related trends and identify opportunities for the company to grow its business.
● Perform competitor analysis.
Category B)
● Prepare detailed business plans and feasibility studies.
● Contribute to managing the project development pipeline.
● Regularly report the investment opportunities, and the results of research and analysis to senior management and/or relevant parties.
● Analyze the financial implications of strategic options and manage scenario planning.
● Conduct valuation analysis.
● Perform risk assessment for both operational assets and new business development opportunities.
● Contribute to case studies, regular and on-demand reports, and presentations.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or an MBA graduate.
● At least 4 years of work experience in marketing and development.
● Strong communication skills and executive presence.
● Sufficient knowledge of negotiation principles in meetings.
● Familiarity with COMFAR as an asset.
● Motivated spirit, critical thinking, team working, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
● Solid experience in strategy development, financial analysis, and business development.
● Strong reporting and presentation skills to assist and advise management teams.
● Sufficient knowledge of marketing strategies and methods and the ways of penetration in multi-business markets.
● Open-minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability.
● Fluent in English.
