* Analyze financial costs and develop strategies to optimize the budget.
* Lead operations and manage the team.
* Identify, analyze, and improve inefficient processes to increase productivity.
* Design, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns to continuously improve business performance.
* Negotiate and establish partnerships and contracts with local businesses to develop strategic collaborations.
* Maintain effective relationships with advertising partners, law enforcement agencies, and local authorities to support business growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

* Have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
* Have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Have the ability to manage and monitor financial matters.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are organized and patient.
* Are based in Amol and have good knowledge of the city and its local market.
