Requirements
● Ability to formulate development justifications and present creative ideas for business development.
● Ability to create a mechanism for documenting knowledge management and lessons learned.
● Fluent in Business Process Management Standards (BPMN) and Business Process Implementation (BPMS).
● Mastery of software project documentation templates, including requirements document.
● Familiarity with banking business processes.
● Familiarity with the main concepts of business processes, business process reengineering, process modeling, and analysis Familiarity with business performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to design and implement the process of evaluating the performance of programs and projects.
● Familiar with the concepts of organizational structure.
● Complete mastery of Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project.
● Fluent in one of QlikView business intelligence software, Power B.
