Job Description

  • Grow and retain existing customers and markets through better service as well as provide new solutions to grow mutually profitable businesses.
  • Identify new customers and markets with the help of a consumer research team, by visiting trade fairs and network development.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders namely R&D, plant, logistics, and marketing teams to explore international business.
  • Work with the market research team to identify and define go-to-market strategy, potential markets, customers, and categories.
  • Analyze international clients; feedback on existing products and make required amendments to meet the demands.
  • Build relationships with institutions, key organizations such as local municipalities, regulatory boards, and customs in designated markets within International business.
  • Establish strong relationships with international customers and constantly develop new contacts.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations in terms of sales and market strategies for senior management.
  • Explore, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Mastery of conflict management.
