Job Description

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to provide insights into project performance, risks, and opportunities. Utilize various analytical techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on progress to identify and address deviations from the plan.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and project plans, to ensure clarity and transparency in project executionLeverage benchmarking, analytics, market research, and A/B test results to create and optimize initiatives to improve business performance and identify new.
  • Market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Identify, assess, and document project risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights to support product development, marketing campaigns, and business growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Experience in project management or product side (such as APM) preferably in a PMO or project-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with the advertising field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using project management and data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, SQL, and JIRA.
  • Excellent documentation skills for creating project charters, scope statements, and reports.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements and perform gap analysis.
