● Gather, analyze and document business requirements and business domain based on organization standards.
● Create and develop analysis documents based on UML standards.
● Test and evaluate product features and conduct delivery processes.
● Communicate to the product owner and business stakeholders to collect and assess system needs and necessities.
● Attend business meetings with the technical team or key stakeholders to present or deliver the product’s features to achieve approval.
Requirements
● Familiar with the banking business.
● Extensive knowledge of software engineering requirements and documentation according to standardized analysis.
● Familiar with Software Development Methodologies (RUP, Agile, etc.).
● Familiarity with Business Process Modeling and BPMS tools.
● Ability to meet deadlines, time management, and manage competing priorities.
● Creative thinking in problem-solving.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Industrial Engineering.
