Job Description

Responsible for managing company's brand. Develops plans that that support lines of product and brand objectives and devises campaigns that increase the awareness of stature of the company. Brand specialist is also responsible of all product designs, all printed and POS materials. Plus, brand specialist is in charge of leading website design, social media and SEO. Job Responsibilities: - Manage and enhance company's brand or reputation in the public's eye. - Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising. - Ensure brand consistency. - Develop and enrich customer service experience. - Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals. - Develop and execute brand management plans. - Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management. - Identify brand-building areas. - Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning. - Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies. - Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external customers and divisions. - Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company. - Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand. - Assist in development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.

Requirements

Brand specialist must have obtained at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant major and 3 years of marketing experience prior to being hired. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills are also required to manage and work with a branding team. Creativity Branding is an instrumental way to distinguish your company from your competitors. This requires insightful thinking as well as an aptitude for creative, out of the box thinking. A good brand manager will offer innovative strategies and ideas to help company stand out. Trend Savviness Brand managers must stay on top of industry trends in marketing and consumer psychology. Brand managers need to be able to execute them. Since they will work with a variety of organizational functions to achieve their goals, they must be able to stay focused and be ready to take on multiple responsibilities.
