Basic responsibilities and duties: 1. Development and implementation of brand strategy o Definition and implementation of brand strategy in line with the goals of the company and the target market. o Brand identity management, messages, tone and brand appearance in all channels. 2. Planning and implementing marketing campaigns o Design and run advertising campaigns, promotions and digital and offline campaigns. o Coordination with digital marketing teams, PR, trademark and sales for integrated campaigns. 3. Market analysis and consumer behavior o Investigation of market trends, consumer needs and preferences and competitors analysis. o Use data to improve brand strategy and marketing decisions. 4. Product Innovation and Development Management in relation to brand o Collaboration with the product development team and trading marketing to introduce new products and improve existing products with emphasis on brand values. 5. Integrate branding and interaction with new audiences o Design of communication campaigns to build inter -generational connections with new consumers and maintain the loyalty of older customers. o Develop digital and social strategies to attract the new generation. 6. Brand team management o Directing and training brand team members, setting individual and team goals and monitoring performance. 7.
