Brand Manager is accountable to lead the planning, execution, and measurement of our brand initiatives. He/ She will own brand strategy for brand to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
*Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Confectionary products.
Lead brand positioning, communication strategy, and product portfolio planning.
Plan and manage digital marketing and B2B marketing campaigns tailored to B2B, HORECA & Organ clients.
Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using key metrics to drive continuous improvement
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy and innovation.
Collaborate closely with Business managers to align business goals and product launches.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and prioritize ROI-driven activities.
Identify and support growth opportunities in high-traffic locations, modern retail, traditional trade and online platforms.
*Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
Ability to work in matrix structure with dual reporting with a high degree of business acumen.
Proven success in B2B marketing, HORECA, Retail & Modern channel development.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in launching new products and managing full brand life cycles.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to stay more than standard work time.
