Job Description

We are looking for a talent for our company who is expected to play the role of brand manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4P.
Analyze competition market and reporting.
Develop marketing and branding ideas and execution plans.
Align with cross-functional team on brand activation calendar and execute brand-related projects and activation.
Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels
Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines.
Develop POSM (point of sales materials), outlet activation programs, and events and sponsorships activities.
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Support marketing function in managing external agencies and deliverables from them.
Report to the marketing manager.
Travel requirements: yes; travel within the country.

Requirements

At least 5 years of working experience in marketing (product, brand, or related fields).
Experience in a related industry (consumer goods) is a plus but is not mandatory.
Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly experienced in presentation skills.
