Job Description

  • Design, organize, and implement all aspects of brand development for products to be launched, as well as the ones already in the market. This includes short-term, mid-term, and long-term branding/advertising plans that help the product gain and maintain its desired image in the market.
  • Align with cross-functional team on brand activation calendar and execute brand-related projects and activation.
  • Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Communicate with the sales team to investigate the effect of brand activities on the sales process and analyze the roots of increasing and decreasing sales and following it.
  • Present short-term and long-term programs related to the purpose of maintaining and promoting market share and increasing sales for example coordination of advertising campaigns with the sales plans.
  • Design of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and examine the execution of the entire item project involved in the interaction with the trade marketing.
  • Broadcast media planning (TV, digital, billboards, etc.) aligned with goals set by strategy.
  • Develop marketing campaigns for new products, existing products, services, and promotions.
  • Determine research needs to specify the positioning of new products.
  • Coordinate the efforts and responsibilities with agencies that carry out specific functions related to advertising, promotion, marketing research, media buying, events, and sponsorships.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities effectively to ensure profitability to the product lines.

Requirements

  • Gender preference: Female. 
  • Age range: 25 to 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience preferably in home and personal care categories.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in delivering presentations.
  • Ability to research and effectively apply market/trend information.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong skills in the application of market research to strategic positioning.
  • Proven ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Enjoy working in a busy, deadline-driven, and creative environment.
  • Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts.
  • Able to manage different projects at the same time.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Fluent in English.
