Job Description

To take an active role in the development and growth of the designated product portfolio, encompassing both existing products and new product development. To assist in the establishment of the strategic vision and help the organization realize future plans through annual marketing planning and the company’s overall goals and objectives. To assist the organization in building share and equity in the designated portfolio realizing improved market share performance, sales revenue, and gross margin. Identifies new market segment opportunities and works cross-functionally within the organization to build the product portfolio. Accountabilities: ● Play a key role in the achievement of key performance indicators for the Iranian market. ● Manage product portfolio, new product introductions, and line extensions. ● Play a key role in the annual branding and marketing plan process, develops the branding and marketing plan, and work cross-functionally with the other departments for the development of the annual promotional plan process and annual projects scheduled process. ● Contribute to the strategic plans and effectively helps implement the plan within the agreed time schedule. ● Assist in the Management and recommends the research strategy. ● Provide market and category analysis and assist in the retail audit data. ● Attend key cross-functional and trade meetings. ● Manage the introduction of new products in conjunction with the head of sales. ● Recommend and works with the head of research on commissioning primary research as required to ensure NPD meets consumer expectations. ● Manage cross-functionally each NPD Project and update key stakeholders at NPD Meeting.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing. ● 5 to 8 years of experience in the brand manager role with at least 5 years of managerial experience. ● A proven track record in building brands and launching new products. ● Previous experience with international FMCG work within the beverage industry is an advantage. ● Fluent in English. ● Advanced understanding of the retail sector mechanisms and processes. ● Intricate knowledge of brand management. ● Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. ● High computer literacy skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Ability to prioritize tasks for both self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines. ● Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment. ● Achievement orientation. ● Interpersonal understanding. ● Organizational awareness.
