● Designing processes and mastering the implementation of the work process.
● Identifying and solving process problems and complexities at the organizational level.
● System analysis and data model design in order to implement the needs of the organization in the Bizagi platform.
● Developing process products and their models.
● Identifying risks and opportunities to improve the system and proposing corrective and preventive measures related to them.
● Definiting and developing real and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
