Support brand plan implementation: cooperation with the creative agency on different projects: POS materials, promo activities; cooperation with designers and the agency on brand projects
Assist the brand manager in reviewing information about market trends and use that information to help inform the company's recommendations for business decisions.
Assist the brand manager in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
Assist the brand manager in the development of the overall marketing plan, advertising, and other creative plans in support of building brand awareness and performance, and plan to create synergy between them.
Monitor the design process and manage the production process of advertising material, and provide critical evaluation and suggestions.
Assist the brand manager in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).
Requirements:
Knowledge of both the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Problem-solving and thinking out of the box skills.
Communication skills.
At least 3 years of related experience in a similar FMCG or pharmaceutical company.
At least a Bachelor's degree in related Marketing or medical science fields.
