Job Description

To drive our traditional trade business and to ensure top-quality POS execution in all traditional trade outlets of the respective area. The focus must be on both short-term target achievement (turnover, profit, market shares, sales fundamentals) and all organizational measures to ensure healthy long-term development. Roles: ● Developing sales strategies and setting targets. ● Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets. ● Compiling and analyzing sales figures. ● Collecting customer feedback and market research. ● Keeping up to date with products and competitors. ● Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products.
