Job Description

We are currently looking for a customer-oriented and well-organized English-speaking individual to join our team as an airport operations agent. Adherence to company core values and superior standards is the invariable mission we look for as the main criteria for all of our employees.


Your primary responsibilities will include assisting passengers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on various aspects of the travel experience including reservation and ticketing, baggage services, and passenger services at the airport. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in line with our corporate values and company standards.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal and external partners including sales, marketing, and accounting departments, third-party service providers such as ground handling companies, supplier firms, and other airport authorities. Your effective communication and teamwork skills will contribute to the overall success of customer support and operational efforts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Following operational tasks in line with aviation safety regulations, handling issues related to baggage services, providing prestigious passenger services, and performing B2C reservation and ticketing services.
  • Following up on any office tasks including filing, documentation, answering incoming calls, and replying to emails.
  • Collaborating with teammates and colleagues from different sections with a result-based viewpoint and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Engaging with customers professionally, both in written and spoken communication. Our employees are expected to demonstrate respect, take personal accountability, and manage high-pressure situations adeptly, especially during flight irregularities.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and new customers - our primary objective is cultivating trust. This necessitates attentive listening and comprehensive understanding.
  • Recognizing areas for improvement of passenger services by following company protocols. Given that you will be the initial point of contact for passengers.
  • Following established company procedures in all aspects of performing assigned tasks.
  • Performing other assigned job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering fields, Tourism and Travel Industry, Aviation Industry or other related fields.
  • Professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Innovative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a clear, logical thought process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective interaction with passengers.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to see the big picture.
  • A high degree of loyalty, trustworthiness, and empathy.
  • An adequate level of affinity for airline or tourism-related topics as well as interest and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and exceed expectations.
  • A positive outlook, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and arrange multiple tasks effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft applications skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle complicated situations calmly and professionally.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, especially night shifts, and working on weekends or official holidays whenever required.
  • Basic knowledge of aviation and passenger processes is a privilege.
