Arranging domestic and international airfare, rail, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
Documentation Assistance:
Assisting with visas, passports, travel insurance, and vaccination requirements.
Vendor Management:
Coordinating with travel agents, airlines, and hotels to secure competitive rates.
Customer Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for traveler queries, changes, and emergencies.
Reporting:
Maintaining records, managing, and analyzing travel data for expense reconciliation
