Ofoq Kourosh Company is looking for an Administrative Expert at its headquarters to handle matters related to personnel information, social security, labor laws, compensation for services, and labor relations. The goal is to improve administrative processes and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Job Description
-Following up on personnel entry and exit matters (employment orders, resignations, transfers, assignments, etc.)
-Preparing and updating personnel files and archiving related documents
-Issuing various types of contracts and renewing them according to the organization's policies
-Registering personnel information in human resources systems and relevant software
-Cooperating with the payroll unit in collecting monthly information (leave, assignments, overtime, etc.)
-Responding to personnel questions regarding administrative regulations and labor law
-Following up on insurance, social security, letters of introduction, and other related administrative matters

Qualification requirements
-Having a relevant bachelor's degree (preferably in management, human resources management, social sciences, etc.)
-At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative unit
-Comprehensive familiarity with labor law, social security, and the concepts of employment contracts
-Proficiency in Office software and human resources systems
-Ability to communicate effectively, be organized, accurate, and have high levels of responsibility
