Job Description

  • Assist in preparing and updating all personnel documents and contracts.
  • Assist in managing employee leaves, missions, and overtime processes.
  • Prepare official letters.
  • Assist with designing company forms.
  • Record employee information.
  • Communicate with employees about their documentation and answer specific questions of employees related to their personnel issues.
  • Support to continuously improve HR processes.
  • Create and maintain personnel files.
  • Monitor and track inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct or assist in the documentation of administration projects.
  • Assist in collecting CVs on recruiting websites.
  • Handling monthly petty cash.
  • General office support (ordering stationary, and tidying).
  • Assist with organizing events and team activities.
