Job Description

A medical equipment company is looking for a committed and motivated administrative assistant to join the team in Tehran to do administrative work inside and outside the company. This role is suitable for someone who is willing to work in a dynamic environment and use their management and organizational skills effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Management of incoming calls and office correspondence
- Dealing with the administrative and banking affairs of the company outside the head office
- Preparation and arrangement of documents and reports
- Planning and coordination of meetings and appointments
- Liaising with other departments to ensure administrative tasks are carried out
- Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and preparing the necessary orders
- Support the management team in performing daily tasks

Qualifications:
- They have at least a bachelor's degree in various fields, a bachelor's degree in commerce or a medical engineering degree is preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office
- Accurate and attention to detail
