Bozorgan Foroosh is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Tehran. The successful candidate will excel in sales and customer service, leveraging communication and problem-solving skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who understands customer needs and delivers tailored solutions.
Responsibilities: - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. - Identify client needs and provide effective solutions and support. - Coordinate and communicate with clients to understand their goals and challenges. - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives. - Utilize Hubspot CRM for managing and tracking client information and interactions. - Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs. - Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and management. - Resolve customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management. - Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service. - Strong verbal reasoning and comprehension skills. - Proficiency in time management and organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Persian. - Experience with Hubspot CRM or similar customer relationship management tools. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
