
Job Description
Introducing the company’s pharmaceutical raw materials portfolio to pharmaceutical manufacturers and related industries.
Managing the full sales process including customer visits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Handling order submission, follow-up, and coordination with internal departments to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Preparing weekly sales plans, activity reports, and monthly/annual territory performance analyses for management.
Collaborating closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams regarding new products, documentation, and customer requirements.
Tracking pharmaceutical market trends, regulatory expectations, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (experience in pharmaceutical raw materials is a strong advantage).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
High sense of responsibility and ownership.
Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across departments.
