Job Description

• Deal with agents and surveyors for each discharge or loading.
• Check vessels' noon report and voyage cost.
• Plan terminals and storages based on receiving loading and discharge requests from the commercial officer.
• Update the storage inventory file.
• Update vessel daily report file.
• Communicate with the accounting team for related invoice payments.
• Assign agent, and surveyor before the vessel arrives at the load port and disport.
• Log all-time charter vessels' fuel consumption, voyage distance, trade NO, speed cargo type, and quantity.
• Follow up on the insurance contract for each cargo to be prepared by the selected insurance company.
• Report storage stock to the commercial team to enable them to plan cargo.
• Follow up with masters, agents, and surveyor terminals to ensure everything operates for load and discharge.

Requirements:

• Marine or Engineering studies (experience in Oil and Gas operations can be advantageous).
• A high degree of confidentiality and dependability.
• Flexibility with high adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English skills (written and oral).
• Ability to work 24/7 and under pressure.
• High level of expertise in Excel.
