Roles:
Correspond and liaise with international and local agents, and airlines for pricing and operations purposes.
Monitor and track shipments from A-Z.
Shipments management using company software (CARAVAN).
Delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPLs.
Generate monthly reports for the management.
