Job Description

The SHE Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality systems across the site while ensuring full compliance with legal and ISO standards. The role focuses on risk reduction, incident prevention, environmental performance, and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Develop and enforce SHEQ policies, procedures, and compliance programs.

 

-Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective measures.

 

-Lead SHEQ trainings, safety drills, and employee awareness programs.

 

-Monitor environmental indicators (waste, water, energy) and support sustainability initiatives.

 

-Oversee contractor HSE compliance and operational controls.

 

-Lead internal and external audits (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).

 

 

Requirements:

 

-Master’s degree in Safety, Health & Environment or related field.

 

-Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience.

 

-Strong knowledge of ISO standards, risk management, and HSE auditing.

 

-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

 

-Fluent English(written and spoken).

 

-Willingness to relocate/ability to travel regularly to factory sites in Qazvin and Saveh.
