Job Description

  • Lead workplace services organization, service delivery transformation, and the overall workplace services strategy.
  • Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in line with established service levels, whether provided by a third party or in-house by Unilever.
  • Preparing and tracking the budget for the whole year.
  • Performing regular site inspections to check requirements and business needs.
  • Fleet management.
  • Fixed asset management and reporting.
  • Landlord and office lease management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting.
  • Manage multiple building projects like refurbishments, dilapidations, and office moves.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent fields.
  • Background in Service Operations (+5 years of experience), preferably in an Integrated Facilities Management capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Familiar with procurement and financial processes.
  • Experience in the management of third-party service providers and managing multiple building projects.
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and commitment.
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks related to human resources and financial team activities.
