Job Description

• Ultimate accountability for the day-to-day workplace services, including facilities management, maintenance, catering, and related support functions.
• Oversee services of both in-house teams and a diverse portfolio of third-party service providers, ensuring consistent delivery against KPIs.
• Own and manage workplace budget, including annual planning, forecasting, cost control, and detailed variance analysis.
• Oversee the daily services of the company canteen and cafe, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and staff service are excellent.
• Provide strategic oversight and efficiency for the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
• Assist in implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHE) protocols.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• +10 years of experience in Service Operations and Facilities Management
• Familiarity with local safety regulations and experience dealing with government agencies/authorities.
• Proven experience managing third-party contractors and overseeing building/renovation projects.
• Good written and spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
