Previous experience: 5-6 years of experience in a manufacturer company or industrial company Other Skills: driving, leadership ability Ideal Age Range: 30-40 Gender Preference: any Language Skills: English Current Residence: South East of Tehran. Required - 5 years of strong all-around experience in Wiring Harnesses Production line - Strong Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques of Wiring Harnesses - Knowledge of raw materials and standards related to Wiring Harnesses like Connectors, Terminals and Wires. - Strong Knowledge of related machines and tools like crimping applicators and striping machines and etc. - People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas - The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines - Moderate working knowledge of English - Ability to use PC and widely used software packages, e.g., Excel and MS Word
