Job Description

- The Field Service Manager is responsible for delivery of services at or above the customer’s expectations. - FSM ensures Wireline operations are fulfilled in a safe, timely and efficient manner, by conforming to both SLD’s standards and the customer specifications. - The FSM is responsible for providing the Field Engineers/Technicians the support they need to deliver high Quality Service. - The FSM is to maintain standard operating procedures, and ensure that operating crews are proficient in the services they deliver by planning training of Engineers, Specialists and Field Staff in order to create a well-trained and motivated work force. - The FSM is to solve technical problems within their area of operations by liaising with the Deputy of OFS (Tehran)
