- Proficient in Wireless communication equipment
- Regular check of Point-to-point & PTMP links
- Work experience on high-rise radio towers
- Work experience on Mikrotik devices
- Monitoring all links via the monitoring tools
- Troubleshooting any software / hardware problems related to customer Network.
Requirements
- Good Knowledge of Radio Frequency concepts
- Customer orientated skills
- Expert in Network+, CCNA & Mikrotik Routers
- Technical hands-on
- Tower climbing certification is a plus
- Ability to work on shifts
